We do accept foreign currency.
The hot water switch for shower is inside the room and we request customer to switch on 5 minutes before using the shower.
There is a safe (LOCKER) in your room please keep all your expensive things like: mobile, laptop etc in that safe that will be on your own responsibility. The hotel will not be responsible for any lose. You can make your own password by choosing four number and lock.
Dial “0” for reception and “9” for making local call in Hong Kong. Local calls are complementary /FREE OF CHARGE.

If you want to leave your baggage for few hours after check-out, you may request on the front desk. Please ensure to put name and passport number on it.
We have air port drop-off and pick-up service if you need contact front desk and ask for cost.
If you have booked a room and paid, it’s non-refundable.

Laundry service HKD10-20 per piece; Free microwave, distill water and local call is provided.
Please keep all facilities intact- In case of no show, total amount of the reservation will be fully charged.
